While doing regenning of areas on Infinity normal, I haven't noticed this problem on any other server, I frequently notice that an area that has been regenned will return to pre regenned, or partially along chunk boundaries. This happens if doing by chunk or selected area. I have also tried forcing a save after, and still some chunks will revert back to pre regenned state. This makes it hard to clean up messes, which is especially needed on that server.
