Description

Using thermal expansion Reservoir (Any) and having it have fill with any fluid. set to Active. Take stack of Tech Reborn Empty Cells, and put them into your shield/off hand slot. and it will instantly fill all of them at the cost of 1,000 MB . It should take 64,000 MB as each cell holds 1,000MB of fluid. Checked with Cofh and 1.12 isnt supported anymore so they aint fixing any bugs (found this info on Cofh's discord) Would need to stop players Putting Cells into offhand.

Side not i used a Tank but it fills it normally. I suspect its only seeing 1 cell even tho there are multiple.
