Questbook reset on island reset

Description
Questbook needs to be able to reset when a player resets there island
- Status changed from New to In Review
Implemented with the next restart, please verify if it works.
Opens up an exploit for /enderchest since most of early quests are detection only. Dunno if we can just hope on "follow the rules, dont dupe".
