Description

After some uptime new players are no longer able to connect while the ones still online are fine. The exception thrown on the horizons server is:

[Server thread/INFO]: forestfranklin74 lost connection: Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException: java.io.IOException: Can't serialize unregistered packet

Restarting the server solves the issue until it appears again after a little uptime.
