On eternal after going through the slugeon structure, and completing the task to cause the boss to spawn, it failed to do so. I tested 3 different dungeons and each one the boss didn't spawn. This might be due to what appears to be a high concentration of monsters that spawn around it, and I don't see a way to prevent them to allow the boss to spawn, if that is what is causing it. It is needed for a ring that is required for the angel ring.
