Ticket shows as closed even though it isnt
I made a ticket. The ticket is being processed, but it shows as closed in my ticket overview, even though is hasn't clearly been closed by a staff member or me.
Since the ticket doesn't contain any sensitive information, I will post screenshots here, without removing any text.

Seems that whenever we close tickets on our end with only the drop down menu, rather than using the close button, and it doesn't show in the ticket who closed it and that it is closed. There's no way for players to see that the ticket is actually closed other than looking at the main ticket page, whereas, on our side, it comes up as closed since we have the drop down menu (as per included image).
(excuse the second update of the ticket being closed the usual way as that happened after the player noticed this.)
