Description
Redmine features all the stuff that was requested and would help with the tickets. Therefor it might be worth the work to drop the own system and only use it as a frontend for the player, while staff would use the redmine backend. This would require quite a lot:
- forum -> redmine bridge (accounts, group sync)
- ticket system rework with the redmine api
- interop plugin redo to work with redmine api
- player email notifications
- slack integration
