Ticket Commands
Description
Commands are something I need to think about what we need. For examples:
- Claim Command
- Unclaim command
- Lock command
- Unlock command
- Tag command
- Closerequest (We will see if I should re-add this back)
- ticketadd (adds users)
- ticketremove (removes users)
Probably forgetting some but this is good for now.
