On 1.12 and 1.7 servers, Global chat is "doubled." Because of chats being sent via Redis and our proxy plugin. Best solution would be to deny the Redischat perm and just have the proxy plugin fully take over. Not 100% ideal but is a solution for now.

With how we are handling chat on the backend servers, we need to cancel chat messages so messages are handled to the backend server. There are some unintended issues with this. Such are item share no longer works. I guess situations like this is where we need to have a built in regex expression to handle what we want to still be sent in the server. Probably should be done for all versions.
