Description

The idea is to move chat from the proxy to the back-end server. This will resolve issues with chat message validation issues that can sometimes kick everyone off the server if not handled properly. This was introduced in 1.19 where chat reporting was introduced.

This will also solve our Discord relay stuff.

This needs to support the following Minecraft versions currently:
1.18.2
1.19.2
1.20.1
