MyM-RT stopped working after Horizons update

Description
After updating GT:New Horizons to 2.3.0 the /rt command stopped working properly.
It only reported no locations found.
I checked the cfg, compared blockIDs in logs to those ingame, and everything else I could think of. The plugin is loading properly and appears to still be setup properly. Nothing in the Horizons changelog jumped out at me as "messing with dimensions".

I did so very extensive debugging on this. My thoughts on this is that the GT Team broke how Thermos tracks the player in the world. Thus, breaking our RTP plugin. I have to do a lot more debugging to find the EXACT issue but I have a very good idea where to look. Now to go through the process of removing some of the modpack's mods 1 by one on the server and client and keep testing. It only takes 10 minutes each time I disable a mod and restart the server and client...
Anyways, I know which mods I need to look into.
