Description
There was a complaint on the forum about excessive rain on AG2, and I found 3 that are currently unbanned. First, Forestry has one Rainmaker 1055:7 (Forestry:factory) and the Rainmaker mod has 2 Rainmaker 1403 (rainmaker:RainMakerMachine) This one is choice reward from Resource Grind and Hammer Time! quests and Rainmaker 1648 (rainmaker:RainMakerMachineEvil)

The Iodine Capsule is banned which is required to start the rain for it: http://collaboration.mym.li/issues/771

Okay, didn't see that part, just tested the crafting and placing. Will still need the other rainmakers disabled. They are cheap to make, and not currently banned.
