AG2 Islands Not working

Unable to make any island on AG2 other than the basic starting one. The other advanced islands from the sign is not working. It gives the perm to make it but doesn't actually let you.

Tasted with Webnix and it appears related to mod perms. Once I stripped his SR Mod perms he had no issues creating islands. I need to test this with a Moderator still. Wondering if just Admins and Seniors are affected because similar perms.
Players are fine though. Just staff affected by this.

Had a Moderator test and island creation works fine for mods and players. Seems to only affect SR Mods and Admins. Likely due to perms. Both can create own islands if necessary so no issue here.
