Ticket History / Logs
Description
One of the main drawbacks to the current system is that all transcripts are logged to a single channel. Meaning that staff can't go back and review tickets there were a part of or maybe not even a part of. I am thinking we should store all ticket data into a database and somehow get those logs. We can obviously add them to the ticket log channel but maybe adding a command to search tickets some way.
This is going to take a bit of work to get working though. Probably won't have clickable links to open up a browser page though.
